I'm OBSESSED with this place. I've tried a few different menu items which are all delicious and very typical Chinese food takeout items, however the thing that keeps me coming back is definitely the Woh Wonton Soup. I get very picky when it starts to get cold because I want something that doesn't require a lot of prep and makes my heart happy, and the soup is it. I could eat it every day if it were up to me. The service here isn't a bragging point, but they get your order out quick and correct every time. No dog and pony show and I personally love that. Highly recommend.

[Review #491] 2019 Yelp 100 Challenge (151/100) Hon's Chinese Food Restaurant is tucked near the back of the plaza that's anchored by FoodMaxx. It's my aunt's other favorite restaurant due to its proximity & her relationship with the owners. My relatives usually stick to the tried & true: FRIED CHICKEN WINGS, CHICKEN OR SPECIAL FRIED RICE, HONG KONG STYLE CHOW MEIN, BEEF CHOW FUN, IMPERIAL SPARE RIBS, FISH FILET WITH MIXED VEGETABLES, KUNG PAO CHICKEN, BROCCOLI BEEF, PEPPER STEAK, MAPO TOFU, & DRY SAUTÉED GREEN BEANS. The portions range from just enough to oversize. Quite a few dishes are greasy/oily so I often have to request less oil otherwise you see heaping tablespoons of it at the bottom of the plate. This isn't an issue when my cousin places the order because the owners seem to recognize her voice & be mindful of cooking for my aunt due to her dietary issues. Whenever my cousin orders or when we dine in with my aunt, I notice the flavors are stronger & not as watered down/"Americanized." :-O Having connections (nepotism) pays, & I don't mind reaping the benefits. ;-) It's a sizable menu considering the restaurant's seating capacity with competitive prices. There's 10 tables with 48 max seating capacity, & turnover is relatively quick so there's not that much of a wait even when there's a steady flow of customers. Capable & friendly service, especially to their regulars, it's typical bias that's common in the service industry. Recommended: Fried Chicken Wings, Chicken or Special Fried Rice, HK Style Chow Mein, Beef Chow Fun, Imperial Spare Ribs, Fish Filet with Mixed Vegetables, Kung Pao Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Pepper Steak, Mapo Tofu, & Dry Sautéed Green Beans.
